Customers as well as Franchisees at its 3,350 U.S. Locations

announced a contract that establishes USA.NET as the email provider of choice for
MBEs customers and franchisees. Under the agreement, MBE franchisees will offer
USA.NETs email services -- either as part of a mailbox rental package or as a
separate service --to their millions of customers throughout the United States.
USA.NETs feature-rich email will also be provided to MBE franchisees.

customer of participating MBE centers. MBE will brand the email as mbeMail, making it
accessible via MBEs virtual business center (www.mbeBiz.com), a comprehensive
online reference tool for small-business resources and services. For both customers
and franchisees, USA.NETs services offer advanced Webmail features, including
junk mail blocker, read receipt, signatures, secure password exchanges, email
collecting and language selection.
